New Years Fun

  While Jeremy and I were having fun running dogs on Saturday with friends:

 Elliot was having fun with his cousin, Ryan, who came to stay at our house for New Years weekend.  They did a lot of this:

And they decided to sleep the two nights in our little camping trailer.  They heated it with a space heater and insisted that they stayed warm enough.  It did seem pretty cozy in there, but I have no idea how warm it really was.  Luckily, we had pretty mild temps for the two nights they slept in it.

In other news, we got some snow on Saturday night, like four inches, and its still storming now, but it seems to be more wind than anything.

And we've decided that its time for Storm to become one of the "big dogs" and moved him to the dog yard.

Our deciding factor-he was destroying this dog house pretty quickly.

He's not too thrilled, he misses his sisters, but he has new neighbors that he can play with, and hopefully we can work on harness training pretty soon, but we need to find some closer, short trails that we can start with.  So far, our local trails are unusable and the ones we've been using in Marenisco are too long to start pups on.  We'll figure something out soon, it should help that we got some snow.
